This site is a single landing page with one interactive feature: an inquiry form. It sets no cookies, loads no third-party analytics or trackers, and keeps no database. The notice below explains the little that is handled when you get in touch.
Who we are
This website is operated by the GECOM international-trade advisory practice. The data controller for any inquiry you send is its operating entity, GEFIN Advisors International Ltd, based in London.
What we collect
The inquiry form collects only what is needed to reply to you: yourname, your email address, yourmessage, and, optionally, yourcompany. Nothing else is requested. We do not collect IP-based analytics, we set no advertising or tracking identifiers, and there are no third-party scripts observing your visit.
Why we use it
We use those details for a single purpose: to read your inquiry and reply to it. There is no marketing list, no profiling, and no automated decision-making. Your details are never sold, and never shared for advertising.
How long we keep it
Your inquiry is delivered to us by email and isnot stored by this website. There is no database, and nothing is written to disk here. Once delivered, your message lives only in our email inbox, where it is kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and then deleted in the ordinary course of business.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold from your inquiry, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Because the only record is the email you sent, acting on such a request is straightforward: email us at the address below and we will respond. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may also raise it with the relevant data protection authority.
